Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 10 October 2026

Welcome to Rosella Paper. This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by Kattone Pty Ltd (ABN: 45136757581), trading as Rosella Paper. Throughout the Site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Kattone Pty Ltd.
By visiting our Site, browsing our products, or placing an order for our custom stationery, venue illustrations, or studio services, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use our services.

1. Eligibility and Website Use
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products or designs for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. Custom Artwork & Digital Proofing Process
Because we craft bespoke hand-drawn watercolour art, fine-line venue illustrations, and custom-engraved stamp dies, we operate under a strict design approval pipeline:
  • Layout Layout Mockups: For custom venue illustrations, we supply a digital layout mockup once an order is placed. This is the client's opportunity to confirm composition, angles, and placement before any physical hand-drawing or hand-painting begins.
  • Minor Revisions Only: Because our artwork is traditionally hand-drawn using real watercolours and pens, structural or sweeping design revisions cannot be made after the physical drawing or painting phase is complete. Only very minor digital adjustments can be accommodated.
  • Proof Sign-Off: We will provide digital production proofs for all custom stationery, belly bands, envelope liners, vellum jackets, and engraved stamps. Kattone Pty Ltd is not responsible for any errors or emissions (including spelling, names, grammar, punctuation, dates, layout configurations, or incorrect sizing) once a proof has been approved by the client. Reprints due to uncorrected client errors will be charged at standard production rates.
3. Artisanal & Handmade Variations
Clients acknowledge and appreciate that many of our products are individually crafted by hand in our local studio:
  • Wax Seals: Our sealing wax is formulated, melted, and hand-poured, piece-by-piece to order. Natural variations in thickness, roundness, size, and edge borders are expected characteristics of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.
  • Handmade Papers: Natural paper fibres, weight variations, and organic deckled edges are intrinsic to the artisan manufacturing process, not defects.
  • Colour Representation: Due to individual monitor calibrations, digital displays, and small-batch production dye lots, minor variations between online screen proofs and the finished physical item may occur. Similarly, not all paper is a batch or order will be identical in colour and shade.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, custom fine-line or watercolour illustrations, stamp engraving layouts, product photos, and digital design templates, is the exclusive intellectual property of Kattone Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.
  • Ordering a custom venue illustration or custom monogram design grants you a licence to use the artwork only on physical stationery products manufactured by Kattone Pty Ltd.
  • You do not acquire the raw source files, copyrights, or reproduction rights to the artwork. You may not replicate, resell, or distribute our custom illustrations or designs to third-party printers or commercial entities without explicit, written contractual consent from us.

5. Orders, Pricing, and Payments
  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the checkout stage before your order can be scheduled for custom design setups, artwork creation, manufacturing or shipping.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. This includes orders containing low-resolution or copyrighted assets that we cannot legally or cleanly engrave or print.
6. Manufacturing Timelines and Shipping
  • Production Speed: We take pride in our fast production timelines. However, estimated turnaround windows are dependent on prompt client feedback during the digital proofing phase. Delays in approving proofs or submitting venue images will shift delivery timelines.
  • Shipping and Tracking: All orders are packaged securely to protect fine paper edges and wax seals. Orders are shipped via tracking-enabled postal carriers (such as Australia Post).
  • Transit Risk: While we guarantee timely in-studio production, Kattone Pty Ltd is not liable for delayed arrivals, customs holds, or shipping exceptions caused by third-party freight carriers, severe weather, other acts of nature, war, civil unrest, or incorrect shipping details provided by the client, or any other matter not within our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Kattone Pty Ltd, our directors, employees, or artisans will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or wedding/event cancellation costs—arising from your use of our services or products.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
