We have refined a seamless, step-by-step design process that takes the guesswork out of ordering. Simply follow our curated steps below to watch your unique love story come to life on paper, leaving you with exquisite, custom pieces in your hands and a major milestone beautifully crossed off your list.

Step 1: Select Your Signature Suite

Our curated collection of diverse invitation suites is thoughtfully designed to set the perfect tone for a range of wedding styles. We invite you to peruse our library and find the foundational design that beautifully speaks to your personal aesthetic and the overall feel of your celebration.

You will find that each of our signature collections includes everything you need to create a cohesive look from start to finish—including Save the Dates, Invitation suites, envelope liners, day-of reception paper, and matching thank-you correspondence.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Select your preferred options—including your suite quantity. Next, select your design medium (such as a romantic watercolor illustration or a clean graphic line drawing) Simply click 'Add to Cart', enhance your suite by layering on signature embellishments, guest addressing, or custom artwork, and finalize your vision by completing checkout.

Step 3: Design, Print & Delivery

Our design house begins crafting your suite the moment your order is placed. You will receive the digital proofs via email within 3-5 business days. To ensure every detail is absolutely flawless, your order includes two complimentary rounds of revisions.

We maintain a strict quality standard: your stationery will never enter production without your formal sign-off. Once you approve your final digital proofs, our meticulous printing and quality-checking phase begins. Finally, your heirloom paper goods are packed to perfection in our studio and securely shipped straight to your door.

Our pricing is dynamic. Once you navigate to your preferred signature invitation suite or design element page, you can choose your exact quantity, and print method from our drop-down menus. Your custom investment will display on the screen as you make your selections.
Always order per household, not per guest. A wedding of 150 guests typically only requires about 75 to 85 invitation suites. We highly recommend adding 10 to 15 extra keepsake suites to your final number. These are perfect for last-minute guest additions, family keepsakes, and ensuring your wedding day photographer has pristine sets to capture during detail shots. Please note that reordering a small run of 5 or 10 cards after production is finished is significantly more expensive than adding extras to your initial order.
We recommend sending out your Save the Dates 6 to 8 months prior to your wedding day. If you are planning a destination wedding or a celebration over a holiday weekend, it is best to mail them 8 to 12 months in advance to give your loved ones ample time to arrange travel.
To ensure a stress-free design process, we suggest booking your Save the Dates 2 to 3 months before you intend to mail them. This leaves a comfortable window for crafting custom venue illustrations, choosing palettes, reviewing your digital layouts, and executing fine-art printing
Traditional etiquette suggests sending your main invitation suites out 8 to 10 weeks before your wedding day. For international destinations or heavily traveled weekend celebrations, expanding that window to 12 weeks is ideal.

We love to begin working with couples 4 to 6 months before the wedding date. Placing your order early secures your production slot in our studio and guarantees we have plenty of time to carefully hand-draw your venue pieces, maps, or monograms without rushing the artistic process.
No, you are welcome to order them together or separately based on your personal planning timeline. However, ordering them around the same time allows our studio to establish your custom vintage monogram or branding identity early, ensuring flawless design continuity across every piece of paper you send.
Yes, our Design Library is built for this exact personalisation! You can commission a bespoke piece and select your medium between a romantic watercolour illustration or a classic graphic line drawing. These can be beautifully applied to your main invitation cards, custom envelope liners, or delicate vellum wraps.
Yes, anyone can order a custom piece. You do not need to be an active stationery client to commission a drawing. We love transforming houses, childhood homes, storefronts, and wedding locations into beautiful, high-quality wall artwork prints that serve as the perfect framed keepsake or anniversary gift.
The creative magic begins right away! Once your checkout is complete, you will email your text details and high-resolution reference images to katy@rosellapaper.com.au. If your order includes a custom venue painting, our artist will complete the hand-drawn process within 3 to 6 business days. From there, you will receive digital proofs of your full suite layout within 5 business days to review and approve before anything goes to print.
