-
Screen vs. Print: Please note that colors appear differently on digital screens than they do in print. We cannot offer refunds because a physical ink color does not perfectly match your phone or computer monitor.
-
Slight variations in texture and color are natural characteristics of handmade papers and are not considered manufacturing defects.
-
We are not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, date, or layout errors that were approved during the proofing process. Please review your digital proofs carefully.
-
Once you formally approve your digital proof, your order immediately moves into production. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom orders after proof approval.
